14. Burt³ ADAMS (Henry², Samuel¹) was born in Patch Grove, Grant, Wisconsin 6 Jan 1856. Burt died 18 Oct 1925 in Patch Grove, Grant, Wisconsin, at 69 years of age.

He married Augusta Ardella NYE in Millville, Grant, Wisconsin. Augusta was born in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin 27 Oct 1859. She was the daughter of Mellon NYE and Ann HORSFALL. Augusta died 6 Dec 1920 in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin, at 61 years of age.

Burt ADAMS and Augusta Ardella NYE had the following children:

• 32 i. Birdie Gertrude⁴ ADAMS was born in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin 1882. Birdie died 21 Nov 1882 in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin.

• 33 ii. Mellen Burt ADAMS was born in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin 5 Nov 1883. Mellen died 26 Dec 1884 in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin, at 1 years of age.

• 34 iii. Frank ADAMS was born in Wisconsin 1884. Frank died 1884 in Wisconsin.

• 35 iv. Claude ADAMS was born in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin 19 May 1885. Claude died 29 Oct 1885 in Mt Hope, Grant, Wisconsin, at less than one year of age.

• + 36 v. Nye Lincoln ADAMS was born 26 Feb 1888.

• + 37 vi. Floyd Warren ADAMS was born 14 Jun 1889.

• 38 vii. Cecil Prentiss ADAMS was born in Mt. Hope, Grant, Wisconsin 5 Apr 1897.
