55. John Henry⁴ MASON (John Wilburn³, James², Francis¹) was born 8 Jan 1865 in Georgia. John died 27 Dec 1939 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas Titus County, at 74 years of age.

He married Nancy Leonna BELL. Nancy was born in Alabama, 22 Jun 1867. Nancy died 27 Apr 1936 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas Titus County, at 68 years of age.

John was a farmer and rented at time of 1910 census. He could read and write.

John Henry MASON and Nancy Leonna BELL had the following children:

• + 121 i. Annie Belle⁵ MASON was born 1889.

• + 122 ii. Marcellus Wilburn (Sam) MASON was born 19 Apr 1891.

• + 123 iii. Ethyl Mae MASON was born 21 Oct 1894.

• 124 iv. Howard MASON was born 1900. Howard died in Maud(e), Texas. They Had No Children, Both he and his wife were Schoolteachers.

• 125 v. Julian T. MASON was born 1909. He married Edith. Currently Lives In Nursing Home In Tyler, Texas.
